Is Synthri a medical device?
No. Synthri is a wellness and education tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The interpretations and insights are for educational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Does Synthri replace my doctor?
Absolutely not. Synthri is designed to help you understand your own lab data — not to provide medical care. Your healthcare provider has context about your full history, your physical exam, and other information Synthri doesn't see.
What kinds of lab reports work with Synthri?
Synthri works best with standard blood panels (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1c, thyroid, etc.) from labs like Quest, Labcorp, or your hospital. Take a clear, well-lit photo of the page showing your numeric results. PDF support is coming soon — for now, screenshot any digital lab reports and upload as an image.
How does Synthri handle my health data?
Your data stays yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than providing the service to you. You can delete your entire account — including all uploaded labs and extracted data — anytime from Settings.
What if Synthri reads my lab wrong?
AI extraction isn't perfect. Always verify the extracted values against your original lab report. If you notice an error, you can re-upload the report, and we appreciate feedback so we can keep improving accuracy.
Can I use Synthri to upload my child's labs?
Synthri is designed for adults 18+ uploading their own data. We do not support pediatric reference ranges and the interpretations are not calibrated for children.
Is my data shared with insurance companies or employers?
Never. Synthri does not share your data with insurers, employers, or any third party for advertising or commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and tap 'Delete Account'. You'll be asked to confirm twice. Once confirmed, your account, all your uploaded labs, all extracted biomarkers, and all interpretations are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
When will Synthri be available?
Synthri is in final testing and pending Apple App Store review. Email support@synthri.com to be notified at launch.
