Delete Your Account & Data

You're always in control of your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your Synthri account and everything associated with it.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and email address
• All uploaded lab reports and photos
• All extracted biomarkers, interpretations, and biological age estimates
• All app activity tied to your account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Synthri does not offer partial deletion — deleting your account removes everything above together.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Synthri and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and all data are removed immediately.

By email

If you can't access the app, email support@synthri.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll process the request within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.

Data retention

We delete your personal data promptly on request. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, or temporarily in routine backups that are purged on a rolling schedule; retained records are not used for any other purpose.

How your data is processed

Synthri uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze your lab reports. Your data is processed only to provide the service and is never used to train AI models.
