Is Synthri a medical device?
No. Synthri is a wellness and education tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The interpretations and insights are for educational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Does Synthri replace my doctor?
Absolutely not. Synthri is designed to help you understand your own lab data — not to provide medical care. Your healthcare provider has context about your full history, your physical exam, and other information Synthri doesn't see.
What kinds of lab reports work with Synthri?
Synthri works best with standard blood panels (CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1c, thyroid, etc.) from labs like Quest, Labcorp, or your hospital. Take a clear, well-lit photo of the page showing your numeric results, or upload a PDF of your report. For digital results, you can upload the PDF directly or screenshot the page and upload it as an image.
How does Synthri handle my health data?
Your data stays yours. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than providing the service to you. You can delete your entire account — including all uploaded labs and extracted data — anytime from Settings.
Is my data shared with insurance companies or employers?
Never. Synthri does not share your data with insurers, employers, or any third party for advertising or commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
